Shipping Origin

All products are shipped from mainland China. Processing time is typically 2-3 business days after full payment confirmation.

Pricing Structure

The prices displayed on our website are product prices only. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

Shipping Rate Adjustment Notice

Shipping fees displayed at checkout are calculated based on current carrier rates and may be subject to change due to fuel surcharges, carrier rate adjustments, or other factors. In the event that actual shipping costs differ significantly from the amount charged at checkout, we will contact you at your registered email address before processing your order. You will have the option to confirm the adjusted shipping fee or cancel your order.

⚠️ Important: Payment processing fees (approximately 6.3% of the order total, plus a HKD 2.35 refund handling fee) are non-refundable once an order has been placed and payment processed. These fees cover charges by both Shopify and our payment processor and cannot be recovered in the event of cancellation or refund. To avoid any potential shipping cost adjustments, we strongly recommend confirming the shipping cost with us at info@xingzers.com before placing your order, for all orders, as shipping costs are subject to change based on current carrier rates.

Important Notice: Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees imposed by the destination country/region. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping costs.

Duty Payment Options:

  • We strongly recommend that customers pay duties and taxes directly to customs during clearance for faster processing and delivery
  • For bulk orders, please ensure you select self-payment of duties to avoid additional handling fees and delays
  • If you require us to pay duties on your behalf, additional service fees may apply

Country/Region Duty Policies:

  • For the United States: Duties and taxes may apply according to federal and state regulations. Additionally, state and local taxes may be required depending on your location.
  • For Canada: All orders are subject to applicable duties, Goods and Services Tax (GST), or Harmonized Sales Tax (HST).

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amounts. Customs policies vary by country, so please contact your local customs office for specific information.

Refusal Policy: If you refuse delivery due to customs charges or for any other reason, please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred will be deducted from your refund
  • Return shipping costs (if applicable) will also be deducted
  • Payment processing fees (approximately 6.3% of the order total, plus a HKD 2.35 refund handling fee) are non-refundable
  • Only the product price will be refunded (after all fees are deducted and the returned product is received and passes quality inspection)

  • Small quantities: Place orders directly through our online store

  • Large quantities: Contact us first at info@xingzers.com to confirm shipping methods and costs
  • Shipping fees will be calculated and collected at checkout
  • We use international courier services with tracking numbers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.)
